Juab County, Utah

Juab County is a county located in the state of Utah in the United States. 2010, the County had 10,246 inhabitants. The administrative headquarters ( County Seat) is Nephi.

Geography

The county has a total area of ​​8822 square kilometers. Of these 38 square kilometers of water. It cross- clockwise to the County: Tooele County, Utah County, Millard County, Sanpete County and White Pine County ( Nevada).

History

Juab County was founded in 1852. It received its name from a Native American word for valley ( valley ) Juab.
