Laekvere Parish

Laekvere ( German: Ladikfer ) is a rural municipality in the Estonian Lääne- Viru with an area of ​​352.42 km ². It has 1743 inhabitants ( 2010). Laekvere is about 40 km from Rakvere away.

In addition to the main town Laekvere (516 inhabitants) includes the parish villages Alekvere, Arukse, Ilistvere, Kaasiksaare, Kellavere, Luusika, Moora, Muuga Paasvere, Padu, Rahkla, Rajaküla, Rohu, Salutaguse, Sirevere, Sootaguse, Vassivere and Venevere.
