Rakke Parish

Rakke is a rural municipality in the Estonian Lääne- Viru with an area of ​​2261 km ². It has 1820 inhabitants (1 January 2011).

In addition to the main town Rakke ( 1190 inhabitants) includes the parish villages Ao ( German: Hageweide ) Emumäe, Lammasküla, Lasinurme, Liigvalla ( Löwenwolde ) Piibe ( beep ), Salla ( Sall ) and Tammiku. It lies approximately 130 km from Tallinn and 32 km from Jõgeva away.

Worth seeing are the estates of Lammasküla, Liigvalla, Piibe, Salla and Tammiku.
