List of United States military bases
The following are the military bases of the armed forces of the United States are listed abroad. In the in 2006 concluded between the U.S. and Bulgaria defense cooperation agreement the U.S. armed forces will be allowed without a special permit from the Bulgarian authorities to use these bases for operations in other countries. The American military personnel is assured immunity that protects them from any prosecution in Bulgaria.
