Maejo University
The Maejo University ( Thai มหาวิทยาลัย แม่ โจ้, RTGS: Mahawitthayalai Mae Cho, English:. Maejo University, in short: MJU ) is a public university in Mae Cho, Amphoe San Sai, a northeastern suburb of Chiang Mai.
History
The Maejo University was founded in 1934 as a teacher training college for agriculture of the North ( Northern Agricultural Teachers Training School). After numerous reorganizations and renaming the school was finally established in 1996 as a fully accredited university with the name Maejo University.

The central campus of the University is located in Chiang Mai province and consists of the faculties:

In addition, the university has other campuses in the provinces of Phrae and Chumphon.
