The following year saw Vlasics best season in the jersey of the Remparts. With 73 points in 66 games he played an outstanding season, which was rewarded with the move into the playoffs. Finally, the team from Quebec City won as host the Memorial Cup final, where Vlasic scored the game -winning goal for the final victory, he also was the defender with the most points in the playoffs.
