Maria Semczyszak

Maria Semczyszak - Haščaková ( born May 25, 1933 Andrzejówka ) is a former Polish luger.

Your economy pilot, she graduated from in Strzelce. She then worked in Krynica as administrative staff and launched until 1956 for KTH Krynica, 1957-1960 for Olsza Kraków. She celebrated her greatest international success in the Luge World Cup 1958 at home in Krynica -Zdrój. In a triple success of the Polish 's women she won ahead of Helena and Barbara Boettcher Gorgon. She was 1954 Polish Champion in Mixed Doubles, in the following year in the women's pairs and 1958 in One. In 1962, she moved to Czechoslovakia. For health reasons, she retired from the sport and worked as a teacher in a middle school.
