Matrix (Club)

The matrix is a nightclub in Berlin. The club as one of the locations of the RTL II series is known Berlin - Day & Night. The series is filmed there during the current operation.

The club was founded in 1995 and located since 1996 in ten vaults of the underground high station Warschauer Strasse in the Friedrichshain district. It has a capacity of up to 2,500 visitors and is open seven days a week.

Internationally known, the matrix was mainly in the field of electronic dance music. Several years presented the club at the Love Parade own Lovemobile. Many DJs like Marusha, Westbam, DJ Dick, Underground Resistance, Josh Wink, Lords of the Underground, Lady B, Sven Väth and Paul van Dyk have placed in the matrix.

From 2003, the music offer was aligned wider. A portion of today as " Narva Lounge " own door. On a total of five different dance floors dance genres are presented. Well-known artists that have occurred in recent years in the matrix or currently occur on a regular basis are, for example, Sabrina Setlur, Ne- Yo, George Morel, Vibekingz, Bushido and DJ Size.
