Mayo-Kebbi Ouest Region
Mayo - Kebbi Ouest ( Mayo - Kebbi West) is a region of Chad, and corresponds to the south-western part of the former prefecture of Mayo Kebbi. Its capital is Pala.
Geography
Mayo - Kebbi Ouest is located in the southwest of the country, bordering Cameroon. Named the region is named after the river Mayo Kebbi.
Mayo - Kebbi Ouest is divided into two départements Mayo - Dallah ( main town Pala ) and Lac Léré.
The 1350 km ² large game reserve binder Léré is located in the administrative region.
