Rabyně ( German Rabin ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located 19 km west of Benešov and belongs to Okres Benešov.

Geography

Rabyně is located on the right side above the Moldaustausee Slapy in the north of Středočeská pahorkatina. To the north of the hill Na Hádkách collected ( 393 m), in the northeast of Střeblov (418 m) and to the south the Homolka (452 m).

Neighboring towns are Nové Trebenice in the north, Teletín in the northeast, Pexův Luh and Vysoký Újezd ​​in the east, and Nedvězí Loutí the southeast, Podhory, Stromeč and Měřín in the south, and Přestavlky Slapy in the west and Štechovice in the northwest.

History
