Raoul II of Lusignan

He was the eldest son of Rudolf I of Issoudun and his wife Alice of Eu. Father's side he was a nephew of Hugo IX. of Lusignan, Count of La Marche. After the death of his father he inherited the rule of Issoudun and originating from the right of his mother county Eu.

( † 1223 * 1200 ) married the daughter of the duke Odo III .. With her he had a daughter, Maria In his first marriage he was in 1222 with Joan of Burgundy. After Johanna died was 1223, he married his second wife Jolanda of Dreux (* 1196, † 1239 ). After her death, he married his third wife Philippa of Dammartin († 1278/81 ), daughter of Simon of Dammartin, Count of Aumale, Ponthieu and Montreuil. The latter two marriages remained childless.

He died in 1246 and was buried in the monastery Foucarmont. Him inherited his only daughter, Maria ( † 1260 ), who married in 1249 to Alfonso of Brienne.
