Roman Catholic Diocese of Nancheng

The diocese Nancheng (Latin: Dioecesis Nancemensis ) is a Roman Catholic diocese based in Nancheng in the People's Republic of China.

History

Pope Pius XI. founded with the Breve Ecclesiae Universae the Apostolic Prefecture Nancheng on 29 November 1932 of territory of the Apostolic Vicariate Yujiang. On February 13, 1940, she was elevated to the rank of Apostolic Vicariate.

With the Apostolic Constitution Quotidie Nos it was raised on April 11, 1946 Diocese.
