Ryan Nugent-Hopkins

Ryan Nugent -Hopkins Jeremy Noel ( born April 12, 1993, Burnaby, British Columbia) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who plays for the Edmonton Oilers of the National Hockey League on the position of the center since July 2011.

Career

Ryan Nugent -Hopkins played since the 2008/09 season for the Red Deer Rebels of the Western Hockey League ( WHL), who selected him in the Bantam Draft 2008 first overall position. The striker came late this season to five appearances in which he scored six points scorer. From the 2009/10 WHL season, the attacker was a regular player for the Rebels and completed in his second year in the WHL 67 games for the Rebels, in which he scored 24 goals and 65 points. Due to these achievements he was awarded following the season with the Jim Piggott Memorial Trophy, which is awarded annually to the best rookie WHL. The Rebels reached this season the play-offs, but eliminated in the first round against the Saskatoon Blades from.

In the season 2010/11 Nugent -Hopkins was achieved with 106 points scorer in 69 games completed third-best scorer of the Western Hockey League.
