Ryan Strome

Ryan Strome ( born July 11, 1993 Mississauga, Ontario ) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who is since 2013 in the New York Islanders in the National Hockey League contract, but is primarily for the Bridgeport Sound Tigers in the AHL for use.

Career

River was OHL Priority Selection at the 2009 selected eighth of the Barrie Colts, for those in the Ontario Hockey League, he went in the first half of the 2009/10 season on the ice. He joined in early 2010 as part of a transfer during which the Colts NHL defenseman Alex Pietrangelo committed to the Niagara IceDogs. In the 2010/11 season he was with 106 points from 65 games third-best scorer of the OHL, although he missed some games due to injury. After the defeat of the IceDogs in the playoff finals of the Eastern Conference Strome was nominated for the Second All- Star team of the OHL.

NHL Entry Draft 2011 Strome was drafted fifth by the New York Islanders. In preparing for the 2013/14 season Strome was the first time in the extended circle of the NHL squad, however, was released to the Bridgeport Sound Tigers, the AHL farm team in.
