Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority light rail

VTA Light Rail - Short form of Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority Light Rail - is a light rail tram system that connects San Jose (California ) with its suburbs in Silicon Valley. The standard gauge rail network now covers 68 km with 62 stations on three lines. After tests in 2002 on a line 2003, all high-level platforms were dismantled and replaced by Kinki Sharyo which tracks low-floor trams.
