Santiago (Ilocos Sur)
Santiago is a town in the province of Ilocos Sur Philippine and is located on the South China Sea. In the 74 km ² area in 2010 lived 17,958 people, resulting in a population density of 243 inhabitants per km ². The terrain is very flat in the center and has a bay on the sea. The remaining part is hilly.
