Serge Hélan

Serge Helan ( born February 24, 1964 in Pointe -à- Pitre, Guadeloupe ) is a French former triple jumper.

In 1986, he broke the first Frenchman to 17.13 m the 17 -meter mark and finished ninth at the European Athletics Championships in Stuttgart. In 1987, he won gold at the European Indoor Athletics Championships in Liévin, but different at the IAAF World Championships in Rome in qualifying.
