Sergey Koplyakov

Sergei Kopljakow (Russian: Сергей Викторович Копляков; born January 23, 1959 in Orsha ) is a former Soviet swimmer.

His first Olympic medal he won at the age of only 17 years at the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal, when he won the silver medal with the Soviet 4-by- 200 - meter relay. Four years later, in his home country he was about 200 meters and the 4 x 200 meter freestyle relay Olympic gold medalist and also won silver in the 4 x 100 -meter medley relay.
