Serhiy Osovych

Sergey Osovic (Ukrainian Сергій Осович, Serhiy Ossowytsch, English transcription Serhiy Osovych, . Born December 16, 1973 in Ivano- Frankivsk ) is an Austrian Sprinter Ukrainian origin.

In the 1996 Olympics he reached the quarter-finals in the 100 meters and came up with the Ukrainian 4 x 100 - meter relay team to fourth place.

About 200 meters he was at the European Athletics Championships in Helsinki in 1994 Fourth and won gold at the Indoor Athletics Championships 1998 in Valencia. At the World Athletics Championships, he reached over the same distance in 1995 in Gothenburg and in 1999 in Seville the quarter and 1997 in Athens the semifinals.

In 2003 he became an Austrian citizen in 2005 Austrian Champion over 100 meters.

Sergey Osovic is 1,80 m tall and weighs 78 kg. He has worked as a coach at LCC Vienna.
