The Seseganaga Lake is a lake in Thunder Bay District in the Canadian province of Ontario.

The Seseganaga Lake is a widely branched lake south of the Wabakimi Provincial Park. It has a maximum longitudinal length of 40 km and an area of ​​approximately 120 km ². The Seseganaga Lake lies within the Canadian Shield at an altitude of 424 m. It is drained by the river Allan Water from South to North and drained for northern Lake Kawaweogama Lake. A branch of Bright Sand River below the Lake Wapikaimaski represents a further major tributary of Lake Seseganaga

The lake is as a so-called fly- in lake target of fishing tourists. In the lake following fish species are caught: walleye, pike and American lake trout.
