Shukri Ghanem

Muhammad Shukri Ghanim or Shukri Ghanem Al- Mesmary (Arabic شكري محمد غانم, DMG Sukri Muḥammad Ganim; born October 9, 1942 in Tripoli, Libya, † 29 April, 2012 Vienna, Austria ) was from June 2003 to March 2006 the Secretary-General of the General People's Committee of Libya, which is comparable with the office of Prime Minister.
