Sonae

Sonae ( abbreviation of Sociedade Nacional de Estratificados ) is a Portuguese holding company, the largest private employer with 11 % share of the national VAT revenue of the largest taxpayers in Portugal. The conglomerate headquartered in Maia at Porto. He is out in the Portuguese Stock Index PSI 20.

General

Sonae was founded in 1959 by Afonso Magalhães Pinto and is now one of the most important Portuguese companies.
