Spor Toto Cup
The Spor -Toto Cup (Turkish: Spor Toto Kupası ) is a Turkish football competition. He was discharged originally between 1965 and 1970 in 2012 revived.
Competition
Originally participated in the competition four teams in the first league. Here, everyone plays against everyone in a league mode, so that each team had to contest three games. Beşiktaş Istanbul dominated the competition with three titles. 1968, competition has been interrupted for a year.
With the reform of the competition format of the Süper Lig with the beginning of season 2011/12 set in 1970 competition was revived. For subscriber all teams are invited who could not qualify for the championship finals or the games to participate in the UEFA Europa League in the current season. In the first year, eight of the ten eligible teams decided to enter the competition. Consequently, the finalists were played in two groups of four.
