In this system, a dedicated group of people with the study of special, ancient manuscripts was busy and she would have met there a priest named Father Jose. The priest initiated her into the mysteries of their work and told, these writings contained a prophecy that was written before the birth of Christ and were made of nine findings. Foreseen is the fact that there would be a time in which the violence and unrest in the world leads to a new awakening. This awakening would come from all religious traditions and lead to more humanity and deep spirituality. It would cause a reorientation in the cultures and people of the 21st century. And this time would be NOW. Charlene told him further, that they would feel for any reason that he should go to Peru in order to convince himself of it. First, he is cynical in the face of such tales, is but then amused when he later finds a travel brochure on Peru in his mailbox. He spontaneously calls to a travel agency and booked a room for the flight the next day.

On the plane he meets a professor who also knows of Father Jose and said manuscripts. This professor is also involved in the certification of the authenticity of these documents. Probably written in the 5th or 6th century BC, they were found in a wooden chest of the early 16th century. He tells John that he thought someone from the early Franciscan Church would bury this on the occasion of Pope Celestine V.. Eight of the manuscripts have been discovered so far. The Ninth am missing.
