Criticism

The TV Magazine prism slating the film: "Rarely saw such a bad comedy! The course of history is clear anyway after a few minutes, so that might help only funny gags. But the are so bad, covered and without timing that you can beat up over his face only his hands and quickly want to look into the distance. The actors also act worse than grimacing puppets. A horror! "

The lexicon of the International film said: " Solid knitted romantic comedy that tries to make up for the lack of grip of her action by a ribald and direct language. "

Brigitte Preissler of World Online summed up, " the central conflict of the protagonist [ is ] incomprehensible " and asked, in view of the film: " What problem has Sandy merely having a serious relationship with a man 15 years younger? In addition to Sandy and her mind sluggish generic movie girlfriend Daphne (Kate Jennings Grant) but really any clear from the beginning that she has been found in the responsible, loving children Aram, of how she lives in divorce, the ideal partner for a fresh start. Why the poor must therefore still yet to go five years traveling the world, adopt an Indian boy and take a well-paid job before she heard him? "

In the opinion of Peter Koberger of Kino.de " acts [ the film ] but amusing and sympathetic than many others, because [ Freundlich ] knows quite a joke in word and distance to larger tastelessness and exaggerations. And who Zeta -Jones once not want to experience as a self- conscious hunter, but as insecure deer, gets a rare chance here. "
