Tom Allom

Tom Allom is an English musician, sound engineer and record producer, who was active in the rock music scene particularly in the seventies and eighties of the 20th century. Based on the Elvis Presley manager "Colonel " ( Colonel ) Tom Parker is also Allom occasionally settled the title Colonel.

With the production of British Steel, Point of Entry, Screaming for Vengeance and Defenders of the Faith by Judas Priest and On Through the Night by Def Leppard, he was involved in the design of albums that pioneered the development of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal have influenced them.

He also participated as a producer and musician on several albums with the folk rock group Strawbs Rock-/Progressive.

Allom is a member of the Music Producers Guild ( UK).
