Toyota Verso (2009-2013)

The Toyota Verso is a van, which is produced by Toyota since spring 2009. History

The Toyota Verso was presented in March 2009 at the Geneva Motor Show. The design is adapted to the latest Toyota models such as Avensis or iQ.

The dimensions and the wheelbase fall only slightly larger than the Toyota Corolla Spacio / Verso. The front has a slat grille, headlights and other air intakes and a more contoured bonnet.

The front fenders are made ​​even more visible, while the side windows and the roof contour remained virtually unchanged. The side view is traversed by a conspicuous, curved light edge that starts at the front door sill and ends in the rear roof spoiler. The tail has as its predecessor silvery colored tail lights and a wider rear window.

The chamber is oriented to the Toyota Avensis Verso. Arranged unusual are the center air vents and the now centrally positioned, aligned to the driver instruments.

Facelift

In early summer 2013, a revised version of the Verso came with an optically clear revised and modernized front end on the market. This is now similar to that of the Auris second generation. The tail, however, was modified only slightly, the engine range remains unchanged.

Since the beginning of 2014, a 112 -hp 1.6 -liter turbo diesel complements the model range. The four-cylinder engine is derived from BMW.
