Vaglia

Vaglia is a municipality with 5099 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) in the Province of Florence in the Italian region of Tuscany. The place belongs to the administrative community Comunità Montana Mugello.

Geography

Vaglia located in the Mugello, 20 km north of Florence. In the southern urban area of Torrente Mugnone springs.

Districts ( frazioni ) are Bivigliano, Paterno, Fontebuona, Caselline, Pratolino Montorsoli Mulinaccio and Viliani.

The neighboring municipalities are Borgo San Lorenzo, Calenzano, Fiesole, Scarperia e San Piero and Sesto Fiorentino
