VfL Halle 1896

VfL Halle 1896 eV is the oldest sports club in the town of Halle on the Saale in Saxony- Anhalt. Besides football, there are in the club departments handball, volleyball, table tennis and gymnastics. Club history

The club was founded on 16 July 1896 as the hall Fußball Club 1896. On December 16, 1900, the club is one of twelve founding members of the Association of German funds ball game clubs ( VMBV ) was.
