Viktor Alexandrov
Viktor Borisovich Aleksandrov (Russian Виктор Борисович Александров; born December 28, 1985 in Ust- Kamenogorsk, Kazakh SSR ) is a Kazakh professional ice hockey player who stands since July 2012 at Barys Astana in the Kontinental Hockey League contract.
Career
Viktor Alexandrov began his career as a hockey player at youth level Torpedo Ust- Kamenogorsk, for which he was in the Wysschaja League, the second Russian league, active until 2002. He won in the 2000/ 01 season with torpedo the Kazakh Cup after he came into office last year with its second team in the third-class Perwaja league. The 2002/03 season began the attacker to Lokomotiv Yaroslavl of the Russian Super League and the Energia Kemerovo from the Wysschaja League before moving from the Super League in the course of the season to Metallurg Novokuznetsk. After two and a half years of the links Sagittarius Metallurg left back and played just as long for its league rivals SKA Saint Petersburg. The 2006/07 season he finished then the HK MVD Balaschicha, for whom he scored two goals in 22 games and had eight assists.
After one season at his former club Metallurg Novokuznetsk Alexandrov signed for season 2008/ 09 at HK Avangard Omsk of the Kontinental Hockey League. The 2009/10 season he spent with his league rivals Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod. The following season he started at KHL participants HC Traktor Chelyabinsk, for the Farm Team Mechel Chelyabinsk HK he also two games in the new second Russian league, the Wysschaja Hockey League, denied. The playing time even though he finished in Kazakhstan at Barys Astana of the KHL. Within the league, he joined the 2011/12 season to Amur Khabarovsk. For the team, he scored three goals in 15 games each and three assists before his contract was terminated in November 2011. As of January 2012, he was active at HK Sibir Novosibirsk, before he returned in July of the same year to Barys Astana.
Internationally
For Alexandrov Kazakhstan took part in the U18 Junior B World Championships in 2001 and 2002, the U20 Junior B World Cup 2002 as well as U-20 Junior World Championship 2001 part. In addition, he was in the squad of Kazakhstan to the B World Championships in 2001 and 2002.
