Violetta Oblinger-Peters

Violetta Oblinger - Peters (born 14 October 1977 in Swords, Germany ) is an Austrian canoeist. It was 2008 Olympic bronze medalist in canoe slalom.

Life

Her father Wolfgang Peters was a three time world champion in the one - Canadians, an uncle was double vice world champion in kayaking. Her love for this sport discovered Violetta Peters, however, only when she acted as watcher, if her younger brother dahinpaddelte in the wake of his father.
