Wayne Allard

Alan Wayne Allard ( born December 2, 1943 in Fort Collins, Colorado ) is an American politician ( Republican), who represented the state of Colorado in both chambers of Congress.

Life

Allard studied veterinary medicine at Colorado State University and a Ph.D. in 1968.
