Wireless Festival
The Wireless Festival is a music festival which takes place every year in Hyde Park in London. In 2006 and 2007 the festival was held in Leeds at Harewood House. The festival has existed since 2005 and has approximately 60,000 visitors each year. The festival takes place over a period of three days. The festival was sponsored by telecommunications company O2 between 2005 and 2008. Since 2008 Barclaycard occurs as the main sponsor. The festival will take place on four stages.
History
2005
The first festival was held in June 2005 in Hyde Park. A card for a festival cost the equivalent of € 43. As headliners were New Order, Basement Jaxx, Keane and Kasabian on.

2006
In 2006 the festival was held at two venues. In Hyde Park was played from 21 to 25 June, while at the Harewood House of 24 occurred until June 25 bands. Cards were available from 35 €.
2007
In 2007 the festival was held at two venues. In Hyde Park was played from 14 to 17 June, while at the Harewood House of 15 occurred until June 17 bands. This time cards could be purchased for several days. A day ticket cost € 49. There was also the first time camping opportunities. Guests could camp for € 27 the whole festival on the grounds of Harewood House.
2008
In 2008, the Hyde Park presented the only venue dar. same time, it was the last festival, which was sponsored by O2. The festival was held from 3 to 6 July.
