Zotye 2008

Zotye is a current automobile manufacturer from China. Under the Zotye Holding Group among other parts for the automotive industry are sold.

History

Zotye International was founded on 13 January 2005 by the Zotye Holding Group with the status of a limited liability company. The Zotye Holding Group had until then with imports from abroad. These were concluded with companies contracts to exchange economic and technological products to the markets to open up for them. The trade organization Zotye had made until 2005 on almost every continent of the world as a reliable partner. So could Zotye establish trade offices in a total of 10 countries.

With the newly founded Zotye International, the company went into the manufacture of automobiles. Also the products of Zotye Holding Group have very designed with this change to the automotive industry. Various parts in these industries are located in the program since then.

The first of them is a small SUV. With his body of Zotye RV6400 reminds very much of the Dario Terios. After a construction period of two years, the name of the model was changed to Zotye 2008.

The official sales of the Zotye International in 2006 was 2.88 billion yuan ( € 290 million).

In 2009 Zotye led then be a second car model in the Chinese market, the Zotye Multiplan, which is a further development of the Fiat Multipla. At the same time changed Zotye be brand logo. The 2008 for the export market since then is now called Zotye Nomad. Then bought Zotye International then the ZhangJianGang JiangNan Automobile Manufacture in which was fully integrated into the company. The small car of Jiangnan is now available after a facelift as Zotye JN AUTO. A crossover based on the 2008, the manufacturer is established in September 2009 and hopes thus mainly a breakthrough in the Middle East market. Locally, the model will carry the designation Zotye 5008, the export model, however, is offered as a Zotye Nomad II. However, despite the wide range of products Zotye International would like to bring more products to the market next year. Together with the LUIS AG and LUIS Motors GmbH brings Zotye a pure electric version of the 5008 since the beginning of 2010 on the European market. The old Fiat Albea similar to seeing published in April 2010, the two new models Zotye Langjun and Zotye Langjie. Developed these were in collaboration with the Fiat Group.
