( 1030) Vitja is an asteroid of the main belt, which was discovered on 25 May 1924 by Russian astronomer Vladimir Alexandrovich Albizki at the Crimean Observatory in Shimei.

It is named after the asteroid Zasławski Viktor, a Russian war heroes of World War II.

The orbit has a semi-major axis of 3.1211 astronomical units and an orbital eccentricity of 0.1189. He moves at a distance of 2.7499 ( perihelion ) to 3.4923 ( aphelion ) astronomical units in 5.514 years around the sun. The orbit is inclined 14.785 ° to the ecliptic.

The asteroid has a diameter of 64.12 km and an albedo of 0.033 kilometers.
