120 Wall Street

120 Wall Street is a skyscraper on Wall Street in New York City. The building was built in 1931 by Buchman & Kahn. It is 122 meters high and has 34 floors. It is located on Wall Street, between Pine and South Street, and one of the oldest buildings in Lower Manhattan. The owner of the building is Silverstein Properties, who were also owners of the destroyed on September 11, 2001 World Trade Center.

The use of the building has been set by the owner in cooperation with the urban society of Economic Development as the first and only Association Center. This provision leads to tax benefits and thus provides non-profit organizations affordable office space. Among the current tenants of the building include the American Foundation for AIDS Research, the Asian American Federation, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International, The United Negro College Fund and the Vibe Magazine.
