15 Hudson Yards

15 Hudson Yards ( also known as D Tower and Culture Tower known ) is a being at their planning skyscraper in New York City.

The project was presented to the public for the first time in summer 2011. The tower is located on the so-called Hudson Yards - a district in the far west of Manhattan. The name derives from the Hudson River, which marks the western edge of the island of Manhattan. The street address is 11th Avenue and West 30th Street. Currently (as of end of 2013 ) is here a huge complex of buildings created, similar to the World Trade Center.

The D Tower is designed as a purely residential tower and will be about 277 meters high and 70 storeys count. He would thus exceed -known New York apartment building as the Trump World Tower or the Beekman Tower. It was designed by Diller Scofidio Renfro skyscrapers and David Rockwell, Ismael Leyva Architects in collaboration with. 15 Hudson Yards excel through its organic looking design from the rest of the skyline. A total of 326 residential units to be built, in which 68 of them are available as rental housing available. The remaining 258 are available exclusively as condominiums for sale.
