1600 Smith Street

1600 Smith Street (formerly Continental Center I ) is a 51 -storey office building in the American city of Houston, Texas. The skyscraper located on Smith Street is the eighth tallest building in Houston with a height of 223 meters. The completion of the building was designed by Morris Aubry in 1984. Besides technical facilities, the tower acts only as office buildings, the usable area is around 103,000 square meters. The shape of the building is expressed by a pointed roof and several downgrades.
