1963 Argentine Primera División
The Primera División in 1963 was the 33rd season of the Argentine Football League Primera División. Had started the season on April 28, 1963. The last round was the 24th November 1963. Promoted as Banfield came from the Primera B Nacional do so. CA Independiente finished the season as champion and was the successor of Boca Juniors. They qualified for the Copa Libertadores in 1964, which was ultimately won. In the Primera B Nacional time no one had to descend because the following season was an increase in the league by two teams.
