First in the season 1973 /74 German Bundesliga and thus German master of men was the FC Bayern Munich.

Season overview

In 1974, FC Bayern Munich succeeded the third title in a row. This was the first hat-trick in the history of the Bundesliga. In addition, Bayern also won the first German team to the European Cup of Champions. With Sepp Maier, Franz Beckenbauer, George Black Beck, Paul Breitner, Uli Hoeness and Gerd Muller Bayern Munich also made it a large part of the German national team which won the world championship this year.
