The 1999/2000 season was the eighth season of the Belarusian Extraliga, the highest Belarusian Hockey League. Champion for the fourth time in club history Tiwali Minsk.

Mode

In the main round each of the four teams completed a total of 18 games. The winner of the main round was champion. For a win, each team was given two points, a draw there was a point and a defeat.
