2003–04 EHF Women's Cup Winners' Cup

At EHF European Cup Winners' Cup 2003/ 04 took 31 handball club teams from 26 countries. These qualified in the previous season in their home countries in the cup competition for the European Cup or came as third place in the group stage of the Champions League 2003 /04 to do so.
