2003 UNCAF Nations Cup

The UNCAF Nations Cup 2003 was held from February 9 to February 23, 2003 in Panama instead. All games were played at the Estadio Rommel Fernandez in Panama City, only the two meetings on 15 February took place in Colón at the Estadio La Pedregalea.

Mode

The six start legitimate nations played in a group of six with home and away matches of the winner of the tournament. The top three qualified for the Gold Cup, the Fourth had in the playoff round.
