2008–09 Israeli Hockey League season
The 2008/09 season was the 16th season of the Israeli Hockey League, the highest Israeli Hockey League. Champion for the first time in club history in general of the HC Herzlia.
Participants and mode
The season started on 31 October 2008 and ended on 27 March 2009 The field was expanded by two teams:. Maccabi Metulla and Ice Time Herzlia.
First, a main round with seven games were played per team. This was followed by the play-offs, which were attended by all eight teams.
