2016 European Women's Handball Championship

The 12th European Handball Championship of Women to be held in Sweden from 4 to 18 December 2016. Organizer is the European Handball Federation (EHF ).

The 11th Congress of the European Handball Federation awarded the event during its meeting on June 22, 2012 in Monaco at the Swedish Handball Federation. Now that Turkey had withdrawn its application, this was the only candidate ..
