30 Park Place

30 Park Place, also under the name of his address 99 Church Street known ( another name Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New York Downtown), is a skyscraper in New York City, whose construction began in 2008. Between 2009 and 2012 the building was put on hold due to the financial crisis. End of October 2013, the construction was resumed.

Description

The building 30 Park Place is located on Church Street in New York's Lower Manhattan. This is across from the World Trade Center site, where currently a high-rise complex will be built; inter alia, the One World Trade Center. It started with the construction of 30 Park Place in June 2008. However, was known in September 2009 that the construction of the skyscraper was discontinued after significant work was completed on the foundation.
