94 Ceti ( also cataloged as HD 19994 ) is a about 73 light years distant binary star consisting of a yellow dwarf of spectral type F8 and a red dwarf of spectral type M3. The Yellow Dwarf has an apparent magnitude of 5.1 like the red dwarf of 11.5 mag.

In 2000, Michel Mayor discovered an extrasolar planet orbiting the subgiant and has received the systematic name 94 Ceti b.
