Abel Costas Montaño

Abel Costas Montaño ( born May 25, 1920 in Pocona, Bolivia ) is retired bishop of Tarija.

Life

Abel Costas Montaño received on 22 September 1945, the ordination.

Pope Paul VI. appointed him on 11 November 1968 in Cochabamba and Bishop Titular Bishop of Novi.
