Abraham Bueno de Mesquita

Abraham ( Appie ) Bueno de Mesquita ( born July 23, 1918 in Amsterdam, † August 19 2005 in Lelystad ) was a Dutch actor and comedian who has become known in Germany by the Rudi Carrell Show and Churning.

Life

Abraham Bueno de Mesquita was originally a furrier, but then became a musician and actor. As a Jew prisoners to him in World War II in the SS Mechelen transit camp. He was there already classified for transport to the Auschwitz concentration camp as the camp commandant was looking for musicians and chose him because he could play the cello and had excellent mimic skills.

As an artist he always occurs only on Bueno de Mesquita his last name. He played guitar in Malando Orchestra, a well-known Dutch tango orchestra, and at The Skymasters, the dance orchestra of the radio station AVRO. He later founded his own orchestra.

As early as 1952 he appeared as a comedian on Dutch television. He got there own shows, they were called, among other things Buurten bij Bueno ( neighborhoods with Bueno ), Mesquitaria and Twaalf ambachten, dertien Bueno 's. In the 1960s there were many shows with the well-known in the Netherlands singer Rita Corita, both for television and for the film, the two played a comic duo. This included the television series Nou jij weer ( Well, again). He also met regularly in various shows before.

On German television de Mesquita first appeared in 1968, when Rudi Carrell back after a break produced shows in Germany and hired him as a comedian for the Rudi Carrell Show. He came, in all editions up to the end of the series in December 1973. The Sequel On date Band he was then no longer regularly. He called his biography cello with a side, my life. He died at age 87 from lung cancer and brain cancer.
