Action

The film is set in Berlin. Peter Winkler lives with his fiancée Hella woman in Weber's pension Splendide. Here lives a collection of failed lives. Only Peter and Hella seem to be happy. Peter receives the offer for a better job in Dresden. With this better place, he hopes to marry Hella finite. Overjoyed, he tells of other boarders, but it conceals Hella. The accomplice can not be silent and so only the news finds Hella. She then conceals Peter that they have, without the money, a dress and has appointed a hat.
